At Loom Baagh, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, you may need to return or exchange an item. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we have established the following Return and Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
You may return or exchange your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns and Exchanges Process:
For Returns:
Contact us at loombaagh15@gmail.com or call us on +91- 8527371973 within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
You will need to Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, deducting a fee of Rs 200 for shipping charges.
For Exchanges:
Contact us at loombaagh15@gmail.com or call us on +91- 8527371973 within 48 hours of receiving the product to initiate the exchange process.
Provide your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item you would like to receive.
You will need to ship the item(s) you wish to exchange back to us using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive the item(s) for exchange and inspect them, we will ship out the new item(s) to you within 5-7 business days.
- Refund and Exchange Details:
We will refund the purchase amount to the original payment method used for the order, after deducting Rs 200 for shipping charges.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
If the item for exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund or an alternative item of your choice.
- For Defective Items:

Provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect, and, if possible, clear photos that illustrate the problem.
We will assess the issue and work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include sending you a replacement item or issuing a refund.
Note on Handloom Saree Irregularities:
At Loom Baagh, we take immense pride in our exquisite handloom sarees. Each saree is a masterpiece of traditional craftsmanship.
Occasional minor thread shifts or pulls are inherent to the weaving process. Irregularities are subtle and often not noticeable.
These nuances should be appreciated as part of the authentic handcrafted experience.
Please Do Not Initiate Returns on These Grounds.
Instead, we encourage you to celebrate the individuality of your saree.
